- Madeleine Abeid - Certified classic mat Pilates instructor with experience in sculpt & fusion practice. Bringing mat pilates to Alive in a follow along format.
- Libby Christensen - Brings your strength to the next level by utilizing progressive overload training adaptions with an emphasis on compound movements
- Marissa McNamara - Uses her power training systems to build maximum strength, placing an emphasis on compound movements.
- Felicia Keathley - Primarily focuses to help you master essential and foundational exercises. Also known for her pregnancy and postpartum programing.
